Fitness Testing
“Various cardio, strength, and aerobic tests designed to measure your level of physical stamina, endurance, and power.”

Fitness Classes
Tone your Abs: This 30 minute workout focuses on strengthening your core (abs and lower back).
Cardio: This 45 minute class starts with beginners and promotes to advance working various heart, lung, and muscle groups.

High/Low aerobics
Enjoy a low-or high impact workout as you move across the floor.  Classes include some resistance training, abdominal work and stretching.

Strength Training: This classes involves lifting weights in reps to tone the various muscles in the leg, arm, stomach, etc.

Zumba
This class involves various dance moves while working out at the same.
