• To Login enter your User ID
• User ID format: First_initial+Middle_initial+Lastname  Example: cesmith mtbrown, shwilliams
• Exceptions:
• No middle name on record then use First_initial+Lastname  Example: gwashington
• Duplicates usernames are resolved by adding a number at the end. Ex: shwilliams123
• Password format: birthyear + last 4 of SSN (YYYYSSSS)
• Example: if you were born on May 9th, 1980, and your SSN is 123-45-0206, your password would be 19800206.

• The initial default password is your birth date (MMDDYY)
• Example if you were born on May 9th, 1980, your password would be 050980, if you were born on December 9th, 1985, your password would be 120985.
• The first time you login it will require a password change
• Think a new password with 6 to 9 characters containing letters and numbers
• You might also want to enter a hint to help you remember your password in the future
• Click on the SUBMIT button (point of entry)
