LOGIN - INSTRUCTIONS
   
1. Click HERE to enter  WebAdvisor
2. Click on the Login tab
3. Enter your User ID (see below)
4. Enter your Password
  The initial default password is your birth date (MMDDYY), for example
  if you were born on May 9th, 1980,  your password would be: 050980 
  if you were born on December 9th, 1985,  your password would be: 120985 
5. The first time you login it will require a password change
  Think of a new password with 6 to 9 characters containing letters and numbers
  You might also want to enter a hint to help you remember your password in the
  future
6. Click on the Student button (point of entry)

WHAT'S MY USER ID?

   
1. Normally First_initial+Middle_initial+Last_name (ex. wjclinton, gwbush)
2. If no middle name on file then First_initial+Last_name (ex. gwashington)
3. If there are duplicates you might have a number after (ex. jlsmith38)
4. If you still are not sure then from the Main Menu click on Account Information
5. Click on What's my User ID?
6. Enter your last name and your social security (or your student ID)
7. Press Submit
   
 

HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD?

   
1.

From the Main Menu click on Account Information

2. Click on What's my password
2. Click on I don't remember, reset my password
3. Enter your LAST NAME and your SOCIAL SECURITY (or your student ID)
4. Press Submit
5. Select an e-mail address from the drop-down
  Normally this is your MSCC e-mail address
   
 

WHAT GRADES DID I GET?

   
1. Click on Grades
  Select the appropriate semester
2. Click on Grade Point Average by Term to find out your term GPA
  Select the appropriate semester
   
 

WHAT IS MY SCHEDULE?

   
1. Click on My class schedule
   
 

WHAT COURSES/SECTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

   
1. Click on Search for Sections
2. Select term (semester) from drop-down
3. Select subject or course levels
  You can also be more specific by selecting desired days (Mon, Tue, Wed, etc)
4. Press Submit
   
 

REGISTER FOR CLASSES

   
1. Click on Register for Sections
2. Click on Search and register for sections
3. Select term (semester) from drop-down
4. Select subject or course levels
  You can be more specific by selecting desired days (Mon, Tue, Wed, etc)
  Enter as many subjects as needed
5. Press Submit
6. Select desired sections
7. Press Submit
  This creates a Preferred List
8. From Preferred List select appropriate action (Register)
9. Press Submit
   
 

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

   
1. Click on the Transcript
   
 

HOW MUCH I OWE?

   
1. Click on the Account Summary or Account Summary by Term
   
 

HOW DO I PAY?

 

At this time we have not finished implementing online payments

1a. Mail a check and a copy of the bill to:

    Finance Office
    Attn: Web Registration
    2000 West Broadway
    West Memphis, AR 72301
   
  or
   
1b. Call the Finance Office to pay via credit card (870) 733-6714
   
  or
   
1c. Come by the Finance Office and pay at the window with
  good old American cash, check, or credit card
   
  or
   
1d. If financial aid was not properly deducted, then come by the
  Financial Aid Office
   
 

WHAT WEB BROWSERS ARE SUPPORTED?

   
1. Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator release 4.x or higher, some forms X-Windows
  Other browsers might provide problematical results
2. Cookies have to be enabled
  The system will put a session cookie. The cookie is deleted when you close the browser
