How do I find my WebAdvisor username?
1. Go to the WebAdvisor main screen and search for the Account Information link (bottom right).

2. Click on What’s my User ID?

3. Enter your LAST NAME and your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER then press Submit.

4. And there it is, your WebAdvisor username.

I don’t know my password. How can I reset it?
1. Go to the WebAdvisor main screen and search for the Account Information link (bottom right).

2. Click on What’s my Password?

3. Click on I don’t remember, reset my password.

4. Enter your LAST NAME and your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER then press Submit.

5. Select the e-mail where your TEMPORARY password will be sent.

6. Wait for send confirmation.

7. Go get your TEMPORARY password from e-mail.

8. Go back to WebAdvisor and click on Log In. Enter your USERNAME and the TEMPORARY password.

9. Since the password was temporary, it will force you to come up with a new one. Make sure it is at least 6 characters. Make sure it has a combination of letters and numbers. Make sure you remember it!
a. Enter your USERNAME
b. Enter the old password – this is the TEMPORARY password
c. Enter your new and good password
d. Confirm it – that is enter the new password again
e. Enter a hint that will help you remember in the future
