Our training is practical and flexible and we provide a wide variety of customized training and other workforce training solutions to meet specific client needs on your site or ours.  The staff at our Workforce Technology Center is dedicated to helping businesses and industry develop and deliver programs that improve incumbent worker skills while increasing productivity and profitability. Our Workforce Technology Center has 48,000 square feet of state-of-the-art equipment designed to teach, enhanced, and improve the skill levels of multi-crafted technicians.  We are focused on skill development and our industries tell us they want and need multi-crafted technicians.  We have made an $8 million investment to bring this training to our region and training our current and future workforce will continue to be our long-range focus.
